-Provide general and psychiatric nursing care to patients. -Supervise and assist in ADL's. -Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team in the development and implementation of interventions and discharge criteria per care plan. -Administer medications and document appropriately. -Observe and record patients' vital signs and report of any abnormalities to physician or charge nurse. -Report to RN, physician, psychiatrist, and other appropriate staff regarding any changes in patient's behavior or health status. -Provide a safe environment to patients, staff, etc. -Document significant findings appropriately.

-Deliver care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation -Effectively interact with residents, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. -Promote the physical and mental health of residents by applying the nursing processes. -Answer phone calls, transfer calls to resident's room -Count narcotics, sign and complete narcotic administration binder -Prepare and distribute medications to residents as per physician's order(s) -Record vital signs and monitoring -Use of Point Click Care EMR -Communicate with resident's physician, PT, OT, etc -Refill resident's prescription, controlled drugs, insulin, prescriptions -Perform G-Tube feedings to residents -Monitor and record blood sugars with residents who are diabetic, administer insulin as per physician's orders -Provide resident teaching regarding of physician's orders -Perform TB/PPD skin tests upon admitting new residents -Discharge residents as per physician's orders, provide appropriate discharge documentation -Provide treatment care according to resident's physician's orders -Answer and attend resident's call lights -Communicate with pharmacy -Report to DON, administrator, resident's family, physician of any change of condition/death -Administer suppositories to residents -Document resident's care via Point Click Care
